WHAT MATERIAL IS THE TRAY MADE OUT OF? 

  • Our OnTheGoTray is crafted with utmost care using the finest quality materials. It is made from polypropylene, a safe and durable plastic that is both BPA and lead-free, ensuring your safety and peace of mind.
     

IS THE TRAY MACHINE DISHWASHER SAFE?

  • Absolutely! The OnTheGoTray is designed to be dishwasher safe. For optimal maintenance and to keep your tray looking brand new, we recommend placing it on the top rack of your dishwasher. If you prefer, you can also handwash the tray.

WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE TRAY?

  • The tray measures 10.75 in long x 11.75 in wide x 1.5 thick

Shipping & Returns

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

  • We pack and ship orders from Monday to Friday.

  • In most cases, your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. However, for international shipping, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery.

  • Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • If we encounter any issues with inaccurate shipping/payment information, there may be an additional 2 business day delay in processing your order.

  • Out-of-stock items may require an extra 5 business days for processing and shipping.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

  • If you wish to return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise, you can do so by mail.

  • Please ensure that returns are made within 30 days of the order shipment date to be eligible for a full refund to your original form of payment.

  • Please note that items purchased with a discount code are non-refundable.
